SoberLot is built for people fixing their relationship with a lot of things — the last thing you need is one more app selling you out. Here's the whole deal, in plain language.

The short version

No account. No ads. No profiles. No trackers following you around. We ask for the least we can, we tell you why, and you can wipe it any time.

Your phone number

We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to send the event reminders you request.

SMS is opt-in per event — you enter a number when you ask for a text reminder, nowhere else. Reply STOP to cancel any time, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

What we store

• Email or phone — only if you ask for reminders or a digest, and only to send those.
• Saved events — the events you tap Save on, so your Lot syncs across your devices.

What stays on your device

Your saved events live in your browser first (and sync only once you give us an email or phone). Your recent searches are stored locally only — they never touch our servers.

Popularity counts

The “🔥 saved” counts on events are anonymous by design — we couldn't tell you who saved an event if we wanted to. We count, we never list.

Location

If you use “Use my location,” your location is used only to set your browse radius. It is never stored on our servers beyond your session, and never linked to your saves or reminders.

Forget me

Every reminder email includes a one-tap link that deletes everything tied to you — reminders, saved events, the works. No email to write, no hoops.
